Horrible customer service and CHEAP products!
Ordered my sign on Black Friday and immediately received tracking number. Week before Christmas the tracking # showed label was made but USPS still awaiting package. I contacted seller and got generic auto reply. Had to purchase another gift as this was not going to arrive on time. Seller said they contacted USPS and asked them to rush delivery, I said since YOU can contact them, tell them to return to sender because we no longer wanted or needed it. They must have quickly made the sign (see pics, it shows) and sent it regardless. I was out of town for work that month and told them I wouldn’t be around for 3 weeks to receive package, they mailed it anyway.
I had to have someone drive out to get the package and it was pathetically wrapped in a single layer of cardboard. The sign itself is made out of 1/8” crafters wood and 2 letters fell off (no glue), and most other letters look like maybe a drop of glue was used, the “The” before the name isn’t even fully attached. Due to poor packaging and thin wood, the wood is crushed right above the National park mock logo on left.
Don’t waste your money on this seller or their products! Poor customer service!
